Below is a summary of ATPCO corporate and product news from the week ending 23 December.
23 December
- ATPCO requested feedback on its new Reservation Booking Designator and Ticketing Fees subscription products, both of which are scheduled for release in March 2012.
22 December
- ATPCO announced upcoming enhancements to its Baggage Allowance and Charges database. These upgrades will go into effect in January 2012, aligning with the US Department of Transportation’s new disclosure requirements for airline baggage policies.
21 December
- ATPCO released its proposed product development plan for 2012.
20 December
- ATPCO distributed the Canadian Transportation Agency’s updated fare-filing requirements for international travel to/from Canada, and it published a new version of the list of Passenger Type Codes.
19 December
- ATPCO released the updated list of Passenger Type Codes, which airlines use to identify different types of passengers, such as military, senior citizens, and infants.
