Data collection is the process and products that airlines use to create and send their fares to ATPCO for distribution. Our Web-hosted products and data coding resources simplify the process of getting airfares into the marketplace.
ATPCO maintains a comprehensive database of over 90 million fares, composed of public, private, and IATA data, for more than 500 airlines. The unmatched scope of our data, system reliability, and wealth of experience working with airlines and pricing system makes ATPCO the world leader in fare data collection.
Our online FareManager system allows our customers the ease and flexibility to create, modify, match, or cancel airfares in seconds. In addition to fare information, ATPCO processes related data such as Rule, Routing, Footnote, Reservation Booking Designator (RBD), Ticketing Fee, Fuel and Insurance surcharges (YQ/YR), Optional Services, Branded Fares, and Cargo data. ATPCO also built and supports complex products such as Negotiated Fares and Fare By Rule, which create private and dynamic fares. Access to these systems is free of charge.
One of the most experienced teams of airfare pricing experts is available to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to advise and resolve issues relating to data coding and collection. ATPCO’s analysts are also available to code and maintain carrier data.
