He also oversees ATPCO's global marketing activities through offices in London, Singapore, Miami and Washington. Previously, Rolf worked in various marketing, commercial and strategic planning positions at Deutsche Lufthansa in Germany and Amadeus in Spain. Before joining the travel industry in 1981, he spent five years as an assistant lecturer in economics at the Technical University of Berlin. A native of Germany, Rolf holds an Economics degree from the University of Münster.

Jerry runs BA’s Product Delivery Team within Global Revenue, based at Waterside, BA’s Heathrow headquarters. Jerry has worked for BA for more than 40 years and has had several management positions within the commercial area. His current role and focus includes leading a three year program to upgrade BA's Revenue Management capability to ensure it can take advantage of developments in Price and Inventory Distribution.

For 3 years he was based in Japan as Commercial Manager. He has extensive Revenue Management experience, including project managing BA’s team on the Amadeus Altea Inventory project during its specification stage.

As president and chief executive officer, and as a member of ARC’s board of directors, Mike Premo leads the company’s strategy in bringing airlines and their agents together to do more business and do it more efficiently. He and his executive team oversee operations for ARC’s traditional accreditation and settlement work and also its rapidly growing data business. Mike became ARC’s president and chief executive officer in June 2011 after serving as the company’s vice president of business development.

Before joining ARC in 2006, Mike served as the senior vice president of Global Network for TQ3 Travel Solutions and held senior executive positions at Navigant International, TQ3’s parent company. He also served as the president of SatoTravel from 1990 to 1999. Having grown up in Minnesota, Mike began his industry career as a reservations agent at Northwest Airlines, after which he entered the agency business at Gelco Travel. He is also the proud grandfather of three granddaughters.

Aleks Popovich joined IATA in 2005 in the role of general manager revenue management following a successful career at British Airways. His work at IATA included revitalizing the organization’s approach to cargo, including guiding the e-freight, e-AWB, and secure freight projects. In October 2009, Aleks was promoted to his current IATA position of senior vice president of financial and distribution services. In this role, he oversees all of IATA’s passenger and cargo activities, including IATA’s flagship Simplifying the Business program. This includes responsibility for IATA’s financial systems which combined handle USD 370 billion in annual settlements. He is married with three children and based in Geneva.

Alex Cosmas is the managing Principal of Booz Allen Hamilton’s airline practice and Chief Scientist in the firm’s Analytics practice. He is a recognized expert in the use of predictive and probabilistic models to perform both deductive and inductive reasoning from large datasets, and leads a capability team delivering advanced analytics across the travel and transportation sectors. Alex has consulted for l eading passenger and cargo air carriers both domestically and internationally in the areas of demand modeling, consumer choice, network modeling, revenue management and pricing. He is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS) and the Airline Group of the International Federation of Operations Research Societies (AGIFORS). He earned a B.S. in Applied Physics from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science, an M.S. in Technology & Policy and an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Lucie Guillemette was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer this January, taking overall responsibility for all of Air Canada's commercial strategies to support the airline's business objectives and continued drive towards sustained profitability. She has oversight for optimizing all commercial activities for the airline and its regional partners including network planning and management, revenue performance, marketing, branding, sales and distribution activities worldwide.

Lucie began her career at Air Canada in 1987 as a customer service and sales agent and thereafter held various positions in pricing, inventory control, and product management before being promoted to a number of senior marketing and commercial positions in call center operations, network management, and human resources. Most recently she served as senior vice president of revenue optimization, with responsibility for yield management, overall pricing strategies and simplification activities, and global sales and distribution activities.

Lucie holds a Certificate in Public Relations from the Universite de Montreal, and Certificates in Management and in Airline Transportation, both from McGill University. She has also completed the "Programme de perfectionnement des Cadres" from the International Centre for Research and Studies in Management (CIREM-HEC Montreal).

Sharon Mickelson is responsible for Delta Air Lines’ distribution strategy of fares and rules worldwide. To support the fast-paced environment, her team spans the globe with locations in North America, Singapore, and India.

Before joining revenue management, Sharon held various leadership roles in Delta’s reservation sales and airport operations groups. She led the strategic direction for worldwide training and quality assurance, as well as the development of customer-driven policies. Sharon chairs a cross-divisional women’s group SHE LEADS at Delta Air Lines, which liaisons with Cool Girls Inc., a strong community partner aimed at the empowerment of school-age girls.

Sharon holds a Master of Education with a concentration in technology from St. Thomas University. She enjoys spending her free time cycling through Georgia and traveling with family.

Hervé Prezet is the associate director of the Amadeus IT Group. Hervé joined Amadeus in 1991 as a software engineer. He was in charge of designing and coordinating ATPCO implementation into Amadeus pricing, followed by the creation of value-added products such as Negotiated Fares and Amadeus Ticket Changer. After a few years as head of product management department in charge of fares and pricing products, he is currently responsible for the Expertise & Industry department with the mission of performing expertise missions for complex projects and contributing to long-term strategy initiatives. Hervé also represents Amadeus in several industry organizational bodies.

For the majority of his career with the Japan’s leading airline, Keiji was involved in revenue management. In 2004, he assisted ANA’s international operation to achieve profitability for the first time since its beginning in 1986 by establishing a new business process surrounding revenue management. Before his current position, Keiji led the challenge to implement the improved pricing system so that the airline can compete in today’s highly volatile market environment. Keiji received his B.A. in law from Nagoya University. He lives in California with his wife and son and enjoys listening to music, deejaying, swimming, skiing, and traveling in his leisure time.

Bryan holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Computer Science. He is father of two grown daughters and husband to his high school sweetheart for almost 30 years. In his spare time, he enjoys travel and household construction projects.

Previously, he served in leadership roles with Hewlett Packard, and SAP. As Vice President of Marketing & Sales at ATPCO, Kevin oversees brand, communications, global sales, and consulting while guiding the demonstration of ATPCO’s vision.

As Vice President of Program Development at Farelogix, Manish Nagpal leads technology strategy and product development, and is responsible for pricing, merchandising, and ticketing. Manish was part of the core team that built the first airline Direct Connect technology, and has played an important role in establishing Farelogix as a leader in airline merchandising. Manish was also part of the team responsible for the industry's first ARC EMDs through the Farelogix platform, and is currently leading the development of the company's next generation airline shopping and faring engine.

Manish has more than 20 years of experience developing travel technology solutions, including two years with Galileo and six years with Worldspan (now Travelport). In addition to understanding end-to-end airline business processes, Manish has in-depth knowledge of airline products and workflows, enabling him to solve challenges, as well as suggest and implement new and innovative solutions. He also has extensive experience with ATPCO products and services.

Tony’s 30-year career has been entirely dedicated to travel and travel technology. He began his career with British Midland Airways, culminating as head of reservations and ticketing for the airline’s offices in continental Europe. In the late 1990s Tony moved from customer to provider of travel technology as reservations manager for the Speedwing International airline hosting business. Since moving to the GDS business in the early 2000s, Tony has held several roles in the product management and marketing domain for Amadeus and Worldspan, and he has been in the Sabre product marketing organization since 2006. Tony’s current responsibilities include investment prioritization and product planning for the Air Pricing and Refund and Exchange product lines.

He has presented revenue management concepts and strategies at global industry conferences, and has published revenue management articles in widely distributed trade journals. Before joining PROS in 2005, John was an active lecturer and researcher in the field of Bayesian statistical modeling and computational mathematics. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematical Statistics and a bachelor’s degree in Music with a concentration in Jazz Studies.

Outside work he volunteers his time teaching his two sons Max and Mo — ages 6 1/2 and 4 — the value of silence in hopes of one day being able to watch a little football without distraction.

Previously, Sergio cofounded Inzpiral in 2010 and served there as executive director for the technology B2B company builder.Sergio has more than 13 years as an airline executive forming and leading high performance teams in core business and support functions, process transformations, and innovation. He is an expert in revenue management, pricing and distribution strategies, business intelligence, commercial systems, operations research and revenue integrity. He is also a member of MIT’s PODS Revenue Management Research Consortium for 10 years.

Early in his career, Sergio worked in information systems, logistics, product, and manufacturing in retail, as well as research in image processing and pattern recognition, speech recognition, and theoretical particle physics. He holds a PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics from Stony Brook University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineer, and a Bachelor of Science from Pontificia Universidad Católica De Chile.

Richard M. Ratliff leads advanced R&D efforts in airline and travel agency retailing, pricing, and revenue management at Sabre, including collaboration with universities. Richard was previously responsible for development and implementation of Sabre’s advanced origin-destination yield management systems and led the design and implementation of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines’ first revenue management system. Before joining the research team, Richard was senior vice president of Sabre Labs, responsible for the application of innovative technology to foster new business opportunities. He also served as chief architect responsible for enterprise-wide architectural strategy, standards, and developing key technology partnerships.

His primary technical expertise includes applied operations research, forecasting, optimization modeling, and systems integration. His work in these areas has led to numerous technology awards at Sabre and AGIFORS (Airline Group of the International Federation of Operational Research). In addition to his published work, he holds patents in travel distribution and dynamic pricing technology. Richard holds a master’s degree in economics from the Colorado School of Mines, a bachelor’s degree in engineering management from the University of Missouri-Rolla, and a business intelligence certification from Southern Methodist University.
