About the World Financial Symposium
The World Financial Symposium (WFS) brought 600 delegates to Doha, Qatar from 19 to 22 September 2022. The WFS 2023 will continue offering plenary sessions and specialized streams on the airlines financial sustainability.

About the World Passenger Symposium
The World Passenger Symposium (WPS) combines the former Digital and Data and Retailing Symposium, the Global Airport and Passenger Symposium and the Accessibility Symposium into a single event to reflect the importance and connectedness of all three elements to the customer experience.

Chief Strategy Officer

For over 25 years, Tom has been working to develop products that enhance the travel industry. Throughout his career, he has gained insight and provided leadership through his various roles at airlines and global distribution systems, and with ATPCO since 1996. In his current role, Tom leads the Strategy organization and is responsible for creating the long-term vision for ATPCO and exploring new business ventures. His focus is on industry standards and effective ecosystem governance, as well as driving forward concepts like dynamic pricing and tax automation. Tom has built a reputation for being a thought leader and implementer of industry solutions in the distribution space.

President and CEO

A lifelong entrepreneur and innovator, Alex brings more than 25 years of knowledge and experience in technology, airline distribution, and travel to ATPCO. He founded six startups, including Orbitz and G2Switchworks, before serving as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Strategy, Innovation, and Technology at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. He brings his business acumen and experiences from the hospitality world to concepts the airline industry can use, such as addressing digital booking flows, digital display, unstructured datasets, and dynamic pricing. When not working, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters, making music, building rockets, and learning new things.

A transformational leader and advocate for simplicity, Doug has over 20 years of experience in the travel industry spanning technology, product, marketing, business development, and sales. In his current post as Commercial Director of ATPCO’s accounts in the Americas, Doug leads Partner Success initiatives aimed at unlocking potential value for customers in order to help them meet their goals. Doug is an avid traveler and musician with roots on both the East and West coasts.

Vice President, Global Marketing

Over her career, Angela has worked across Marketing and Data Strategy, Partnerships and Customer Success. In her current role, she oversees the global marketing team to develop and deliver a marketing strategy that represents ATPCO’s brand and product values to its customers. Angela has held leadership positions in travel, retail and fintech including United Airlines, ADARA and Sears.

Senior Manager of Settlement Transformation

Luis joined ATPCO in September 2022, bringing more than 31 years of service to the airline industry, of which he dedicated more than 14 years of experience working in Revenue Accounting with airlines such as Aeromexico and Icelandair. And about 17 years leading portfolio and service management, as well as product development teams focused on Revenue Accounting for Miami Technology Group (Miatech). He is currently the Senior Manager of Settlement Transformation in the Revenue Accounting and Tax portfolio under the strategy division.

Rich works in an area that collaborates across all divisions and product teams to provide the shared services of product strategy, design, and operations. As the industry moves toward dynamic offer creation, his team will ensure that the tools for offer creation and presentation have a clear vision and roadmap and are created with user-centric design. 

Zach Richheimer

Zach Richheimer

Product Manager

Zach is the Product Manager for ATPCO's Assembled Data product. He ensures ATPCO's competitive datasets adapt to current and future airline industry needs, facilitating the transition to offers and orders. Before joining ATPCO, Zach worked at United Airlines on NDC and other distribution modernization programs. In his free time, Zach enjoys traveling, airplanes, and all things related to aviation as a self-proclaimed avgeek.
