Financial Planning & Analysis
The Financial Planning & Analysis team provides financial support to the officer team and department owners with interpretation of monthly financial results, preparation of board presentations, development of budgets and forecasts, and value-added financial analysis. The groups we support come to this team when they want to understand more about our financial processes, have questions about their financials, need help with preparing a financial business case for a new initiative, or if they want to understand more about product profitability.
The Controller's organization at ATPCO oversees three areas for the business: corporate procurement, financial accounting and tax, and shared services including treasury, billing and collection, and accounts payable.
