Regional sales at ATPCO is broken into four different regions: North America; Europe, Middle East, Africa; Latin America; and Asia Pacific. Our regional sales teams are responsible for helping to find, sign, and work with new customers to fit them with the right products and services to meet their needs.
The Global Sales team is responsible for representing ATPCO in the marketplace, organizing offers, signing deals, and finding new customer bases. This team oversees sales for ATPCO's Retailing portfolio, include Routehappy Rich Content, NDC, and Next Generation Storefront™.
The Customer Service team supports customers and employees who use ATPCO products. We help customers with access to applications, provide data reports, and consultative support for the timely and accurate distribution of data. When problems arise, subject matter experts are ready to assist with solutions and best practices that have proven results.
The Marketing department includes the creative team, product marketers, digital marketing, communications, and strategic projects. This team drives successful events and campaign planning, design, execution, and management, all with a passion for travel and innovation. The Marketing team handles the company's go-to-market strategies in support of the ATPCO brand and product portfolio. Our team works closely with key product and commercial stakeholders to deliver upon the go-to-market strategy.
Intelligence, Training, & Analytics
The Product Intelligence team acts as the intersection between ATPCO's Strategy, Product, and Commercial divisions. The team has three distinct focus areas.
The Learning Solutions team supports our customers’ business goals of productivity, accuracy, and revenue with training and job aids related to ATPCO product knowledge and business tools.
The Operations and Analytics team drives tighter, data-driven alignment across the Commercial division through delivery of data analytics, insights, processes, and technology so ATPCO can deliver value to our customers faster.
The Intelligence team achieves stakeholder alignment across Product, Strategy, and Commercial divisions by delivering market, customer, and business intelligence; positioning statements that drive value propositions; and recommendations so ATPCO can meet its commercial goals.
