David Julias

Director, Global Sales

David brings 25 years of ATPCO and industry related experience to his current role providing customers with innovative solutions across all aspects of the commercial side of the business. He spent the past 7 years building and leading the ATPCO Consulting team before transitioning to his current role in Global Sales earlier this year.  In addition, he has six years as an air pricing consultant with Sabre Airline Solutions, where he participated in nine PSS migrations and specialized in the implementation of automated exchange and refund projects.  David holds degrees in international relations and business administration from Jacksonville University in Florida and is conversant in Spanish. An avid traveler and outdoorsman, David has visited 99 countries, enjoys golf, baseball and hiking, and summited Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2013.  


Marcos Alsina

Director, Global Sales

Marcos has been working in the industry for the last 22 years in several positions within the commercial areas of the airline industry within GDSs and ATPCO. His experience ranges from running the pricing and data distribution department at Transbrasil and working in the pricing platform at Sabre, to moving to ATPCO to teach ATPCO products then running the EMEA & Central Asia Sales and Customer Marketing division. His current role and focus include managing the relationship of 250+ airline customers and roughly 20 system providers to ensure that customers take full advantage of ATPCO’s products and solutions, while consolidating ATPCO as their trusted adviser in assisting them to reach their goals. Marcos holds an MBA degree on Information Technology and Management from the University of California UCI, Irvine and FGV.
