Chief Strategy Officer

For over 25 years, Tom has been working to develop products that enhance the travel industry. Throughout his career, he has gained insight and provided leadership through his various roles at airlines and global distribution systems, and with ATPCO since 1996. In his current role, Tom leads the Strategy organization and is responsible for creating the long-term vision for ATPCO and exploring new business ventures. His focus is on industry standards and effective ecosystem governance, as well as driving forward concepts like dynamic pricing and tax automation. Tom has built a reputation for being a thought leader and implementer of industry solutions in the distribution space.

Chris joined ATPCO in October 2019, bringing over 25 years of commercial airline and consulting experience.  His background in supporting effective commercial strategies complements the emerging airline pricing and retail models enabled by ATPCO. Chris brings his passion for helping the travel industry de-commoditize its commercial model to his new role. Before joining ATPCO, Chris held leadership positions at Delta Air Lines and Four Corners Consulting Group.

Graham Wareham

Director, Business Development and Partnerships

Graham has over 20 years of experience in the airline industry, including more than five years with ATPCO. His most recent experience as an aviation executive included strategic development, cost/revenue management, and market analysis. Before joining ATPCO, Graham worked as a Senior Director, Distribution and Consumer Direct for Air Canada. In his current role, Graham leads ATPCO's Business Development and Industry team, developing strategic business partnerships and relationships that will help to evolve standards and solutions that help solve evolving industry issues.

Asma Raja

Enterprise Account Executive, EMEA

For six years, Asma has been working with airline and system partners in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, and supports them with new products and solutions. Asma’s long-held service with ATPCO started in 2001 as a tariff analyst. Her knowledge grew as she continued in her role, and quickly enough, Asma became a Senior Tariff Analyst and later Customer Support Consultant, dealing with complicated topics such as automated reissues and refunds and RBD coding. Before joining the EMEA’s Commercial team, Asma held the post of Senior Product Support Specialist assisting teams in all areas of coding and customer services.

Marcos Alsina de Freitas

Retailing Sales Director, EMEA & Central Asia

Marcos has worked the last 25 years in several commercial positions at GDSs and ATPCO. His experience ranges from running the pricing and data distribution department at Transbrasil and working in the pricing platform at Sabre, to teaching all ATPCO products, to running the EMEA & Central Asia Sales and Customer Marketing division, to developing retailing activities in the same region. His current focus is transforming offer presentation to unlock true airline retailing, where clear, well-articulated, visually presented offers are made available to passengers wherever they are shopping. Marcos holds an MBA degree on Information Technology and Management from the University of California UCI, Irvine and FGV.

Ailsa Brown

Head of Sales & Partner Success, EMEA

Ailsa leads commercial engagement with airline partners, third-party technology companies, and distribution channels in EMEA, unlocking the value in ATPCO’s pricing and retailing solutions. Bringing more than two decades of travel technology experience to the role, Ailsa supports the vision to deliver more innovation, transformation, and simplification to ATPCO partners. Ailsa's most recent role was at Plusgrade as the Vice President & General Manager Asia Pacific, and before that, she spent 14 years in senior leadership roles at Travelport. Her extensive industry experience, customer-centric approach, and proven ability to help airlines optimize their revenue performance contributes greatly to the pricing and retailing momentum ATPCO has established.

Ellen Lee

Chief Product and Marketing Officer

Ellen brings more than 20 years of experience in airlines and hospitality to ATPCO. Ellen started her career at American Airlines and Delta Air Lines in pricing and revenue management. At Orbitz, she helped to found the company’s business plan and eventually served there as Vice President, New Ventures & Business Development. Ellen co-founded G2 SwitchWorks in 2004 with ATPCO CEO Alex Zoghlin, building a low-cost, feature-rich online travel distribution platform. Since then, Ellen held senior leadership roles at ADARA, Hyatt, and Alterra Mountain Company. She holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and BS degrees in Economics and Finance from Marquette University.
