Alex believes ATPCO brings a unique perspective as the honest broker, standard setter, and modern technology platform to the market, and he sees ATPCO playing a vital role in connecting the industry and building a community that enables all airlines and their partners to be successful.
A lifelong entrepreneur and innovator, Alex brings more than 25 years of knowledge and experience in technology, airline distribution, and travel to ATPCO. He founded six startups, including Orbitz and G2Switchworks, before serving as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Strategy, Innovation, and Technology at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. He brings his business acumen and experiences from the hospitality world to concepts the airline industry can use, such as addressing digital booking flows, digital display, unstructured datasets, and dynamic pricing. When not working, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters, making music, building rockets, and learning new things.
Ellen brings multiple perspectives and digital experience expertise to her leadership of our Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams, and brings with her more than 20 years of experience in airlines and hospitality.
Ellen started her career at American Airlines and Delta Air Lines in pricing and revenue management. At Orbitz, she helped to found the company’s business plan and eventually served there as Vice President, New Ventures & Business Development. Ellen co-founded G2 SwitchWorks in 2004 with ATPCO CEO Alex Zoghlin, building a low-cost, feature-rich online travel distribution platform. Since then, Ellen held senior leadership roles at ADARA, Hyatt, and Alterra Mountain Company.
With a background in designing and building complex enterprise applications, Jaivin oversees the mid-term roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of products.
Named ATPCO’s Chief Product Officer in February 2019, Jaivin joined ATPCO following its acquisition of Routehappy in 2018. A data geek at heart, Jaivin brings a user-centered approach to problem solving with a background in designing and building complex applications, having worked with some of the largest organizations in the world, including the US Air Force, Fidelity Investments, and Microsoft. Previously, he led the evolution of Routehappy products from a metasearch site to the industry standard for rich content.
For over 25 years, Tom has been working to develop products that enhance the travel industry.
Tom has built a reputation for being a thought leader and implementer of industry solutions in the distribution space by working to develop products that enhance the travel industry for over 25 years. He has gained insight and provided leadership through his various roles at airlines, global distribution systems, and with ATPCO. In his current role, Tom leads the Strategy division, which is responsible for identifying product strategy and new business ventures.
With experience as an innovator and entrepreneur, John crafts the vision for the company’s use of technology.
John joined ATPCO in 2001. His primary role is to maintain ATPCO’s reputation as an industry innovator and understand how new technologies can be harnessed to enable new business capabilities. He is responsible for leading technology strategy, infrastructure and operations, security, systems design and development, and innovation. John has an extensive background in all aspects of Enterprise IT leadership and management, and he provides solutions to customers both internal and external. He sits on the board of a startup network hardware company specializing in the cloud-based control and monetization of networks.
Maya cultivates ATPCO’s culture and promotes a more diverse, equitable, and engaged workforce so innovation can thrive.
Maya is a progressive, results-driven executive who has served in several senior human resources leadership roles, including at McDonald’s Corporation, where she developed and led the implementation of employee programs for its 90,000 U.S. employees. Bordeaux also served in executive roles at Wilton Brands and most recently at Tribune Publishing, a media company with more than 4,000 employees across major national newspapers including the Chicago Tribune and The Baltimore Sun.
With extensive knowledge of corporate financial management and capital markets, Vince drives the financial well-being of the organization.
Vince joined ATPCO in June 2019 as an accomplished, team-oriented leader with a background in financial planning and analysis, accounting, strategy, and investor relations in both large corporate settings and high growth environments. He leads and oversees the finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, tax, and treasury areas of the business. Before joining ATPCO, Vince held executive leadership roles at VBX Solutions, WeddingWire, and Nasdaq.
