As President and CEO since 2017, Rolf Purzer is solidifying ATPCO’s position as an innovator and industry partner. He ensures that ATPCO continues to provide the innovative solutions to power an airline distribution future that enables the smart connection of all content through all channels. In 2018, Rolf was named one of the most influential people in business travel by Business Travel News. In 2019, he was included in Skift’s Corporate Travel Innovator List. Before joining ATPCO, Rolf built his expertise on a foundation of various marketing, commercial, and strategic planning positions at Deutsche Lufthansa in Germany and Amadeus in Spain.
With a passion for transformation, Robert brings his experience as an e-commerce and media entrepreneur to position retailing for the future.
Robert joined ATPCO after Routehappy was acquired in February 2018. Robert started Routehappy in 2011 to help airlines and distributors differentiate and better monetize flight shopping while improving the consumer flight shopping experience. At ATPCO, Robert ensures the full integration of Routehappy into ATPCO with a focus on scaling Routehappy rich content and the Next Generation Storefront. Before Routehappy, Robert was VP Media at Travelocity and General Manager Site59. Robert brings industry experience and entrepreneurial spirit to ATPCO’s transformation objectives.
With a background in designing and building complex enterprise applications, Jaivin oversees the mid-term roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of products.
Named ATPCO’s Chief Product Officer in February 2019, Jaivin joined ATPCO following its acquisition of Routehappy in 2018. A data geek at heart, Jaivin brings a user-centered approach to problem solving with a background in designing and building complex applications, having worked with some of the largest organizations in the world, including the US Air Force, Fidelity Investments, and Microsoft. Previously, he led the evolution of Routehappy products from a metasearch site to the industry standard for rich content.
For over 25 years, Tom has been working to develop products that enhance the travel industry.
Tom has built a reputation for being a thought leader and implementer of industry solutions in the distribution space by working to develop products that enhance the travel industry for over 25 years. He has gained insight and provided leadership through his various roles at airlines, global distribution systems, and with ATPCO. In his current role, Tom leads the Strategy division, which is responsible for identifying product strategy and new business ventures.
With experience as an innovator and entrepreneur, John crafts the vision for the company’s use of technology.
John joined ATPCO in 2001. His primary role is to maintain ATPCO’s reputation as an industry innovator and understand how new technologies can be harnessed to enable new business capabilities. He is responsible for leading technology strategy, infrastructure and operations, security, systems design and development, and innovation. John has an extensive background in all aspects of Enterprise IT leadership and management, and he provides solutions to customers both internal and external. He sits on the board of a startup network hardware company specializing in the cloud-based control and monetization of networks.
As part of the ATPCO family for more than 40 years, Priscilla has helped foster a dynamic and diverse climate where employees thrive.
Priscilla has had a distinguished career with ATPCO, helping guide and shape the company into the engaging organization it is today. Joining in 1979, Priscilla has helped incorporate best practices in organization management at each step in her career at ATPCO. Priscilla oversees strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training, and development. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from Marymount University and is certified by the Society of Human Resources Management as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Dedicated to getting the right airline products in front of consumers, Jonathan drives commercial strategies to meet the needs of our customers.
Jonathan joins ATPCO from Routehappy, which was acquired in 2018. Building upon over 20 years’ experience in the aviation industry, Jonathan leads all commercial activities. He is focused on developing a more agile commercial process at ATPCO to accelerate adoption of our strategic objectives: Retailing, NDC, and Offer Management. With a passion for helping airlines de-commoditize flight shopping to get the right products in front of consumers, Jonathan spent 15 years selling in-flight entertainment and connectivity to airlines. He is also a reformed lawyer, having earned his Doctorate in Law from Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.
