You are entering the proprietary environment of the Airline Tariff Publishing Company's computing systems. Unauthorized access to or use of any ATPCO data, program, system or information is explicitly prohibited by ATPCO and may constitute a violation of federal and/or state law, including without limitation 18 U.S.C. Section 1030 and VA Code Ann. Sections 18.2.152.1-18.2.152.15. Violators could be subject to civil liability as well as criminal penalties, including fines and imprisonment for up to ten years.

The information contained in this system is a representation of tariff data that has been formally submitted to the regulatory authorities of the governments of Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, the Cayman Islands, Germany, Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the United States in accordance with the applicable law or bilateral treaty to which each government is a party. However, this data is considered to be for informational purposes only when applied to the Canadian CTA.

The rates, fares, charges, classifications, rules, regulations, practices and services provided herein have been filed in each country in which filing is required by treaty, convention, or agreement entered into between that country and the United States/Canada in accordance with the provisions of the applicable treaty, convention, or agreement.

The information contained in FareManager Rules reflects that you agree that the use of the FIRST TICKET DATE is in compliance with the Order and Final Judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, in the case of U.S. v. Airline Tariff Publishing Company et.al., Civil Action No. 92-2854 SSH. By accessing the rules system and entering a FIRST TICKET DATE you are making such representation to ATPCO. If the FIRST TICKET DATE does not comply with Order and Final Judgment, do not enter a FIRST TICKET DATE.

The information contained in FareManager Rules reflects that you agree that the use of the FIRST TICKET DATE is in compliance with the "Termo de Compromisso de Cessao" entered into between ATPCO and issued by "Secretaria de Direito Econômico, do Ministrio da Justica brasileiro", dated February 2, 2004 at the Administrative Proceeding No. 08012.002028/2002-24. By entering a FIRST TICKET DATE you are making such representation to ATPCO. If the FIRST TICKET DATE does not comply with the "Termo de Compromisso de Cessao" entered into between ATPCO and issued by "Secretaria de Direito Economico, do Ministario da Justica brasileiro", dated February 2, 2004, do not enter a FIRST TICKET DATE.

 

Revenue Accounting Tax Database (RATD) Disclaimer

Without limiting the foregoing, ATPCO makes no warranty of any kind that any service or solution will meet IATA'S or any other user's requirements, operate without interruption, achieve any intended result, be compatible or work with any software, system or other services, or be perfectly secure, accurate, complete, free of harmful code or error free.
