We’re looking forward to all the innovation that 2024 will bring, including our incredible Elevate + TravelConnect conference. This event, hosted in Washington, DC, on 9-11 April, will bring hundreds of airline pros together to continue the discussions and propel positive change for the entire industry. With content planned for everything from retailing and settlement to dynamic offers and the latest tech, this conference will be the next step in the journey to modern retailing. He brings his business acumen and experiences from the hospitality world to concepts the airline industry can use, such as addressing digital booking flows, digital display, unstructured datasets, and dynamic pricing.
