How to take advantage of free learning resources

We’ve heard it before: use this time to sharpen your skills, expand your knowledge, become invaluable. How does that translate into action? ATPCO’s learning solutions team has one piece of that puzzle—our new free virtual trainings and e-learning courses. 

Now more than ever
We are only seeing the tip of what will become a resource crunch, where fewer people take on more roles and functions to become increasingly efficient. In early April, ATPCO identified a simple way we could offer more for our customers and alleviate some of the need to do more with less. We expanded the training options being offered, made them free, and made them work for your individual learning needs. 

Virtual training sessions
ATPCO customers can now access free virtual training sessions. You can join these 2-hour sessions live in a virtual classroom environment or watch a recording on-demand. Taught by one of our experienced training experts, these sessions cover various topics like refreshers on rules, fares & footnotes, and tips & tricks, plus new topics like the new emergency flexibility for conditions on existing tickets solution being adopted on 7 June. 

For a limited time, you can enroll in our e-learning courses for free. These courses are approximately 40 hours of interactive, self-paced online instruction, and include demonstrations and hands-on exercises. Plus, e-learning courses cover the same topics and result in the same certification as our scheduled classroom-based training courses, so you won’t miss a beat while we all work virtually.
